It is beautifully designed and clean hotel, and location is great and absolutely perfect. Terrific service, the breakfast is amazing. They have poolside bar, easy parking and good pool.

Clean rooms with spotless bathrooms, lovely mattress, huge TV, felt like home. The location was great and unbeatable, staff were very amiable! A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Cas Safra gastrobar that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

my recent stay in ciutadella at a hotel exceeded my expectations. everything was spotless, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were lovely. the location was perfect with a beautiful beach nearby and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. highly recommended.

The breakfast had a decent spread, with lots of choices. The hotel’s location was great since the beach was just a few minutes away, and it was convenient to take the bus to nearby attraction spots. It was also great that the rooms were always clean and the waiters were very helpful especially to our little ones.

Our stay was far from perfect. Some of the staff were rude and lacked basic hospitality skills, one even made us wait while he answered a personal phone call.

We absolutely loved our stay at this fantastic hotel! The staff made us feel like family and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The restaurant manager, Paco, was especially amazing and made us feel welcomed and happy during our meals. The check-in experience was a breeze, and we were even offered a glass of cava or lemon water upon arrival. The brand-new spa was clean and well-organized, providing a wonderful relaxation experience. The gym was also well-equipped and new. Parking was easy and free, and the breakfast was incredible, featuring local and fresh ingredients. We were lucky to try the "ensaimada de queso quemado" which was delicious. the hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with excellent amenities and friendly staff.

During our stay at Gran Sagitario, we were impressed with the warm welcome we received from the reception staff. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The facilities, including the indoor and outdoor pools, were well-maintained and inviting. We especially enjoyed the varied daily buffet, which offered a delicious selection of breakfast and dinner options. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to beautiful beaches and the charming town of Ciutadella de Menorca. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
